Old Redwater Mill Guards (surrendered crew)

Multiple guards inside and outside the mill compound. The two dock guards saw Sanji carrying Tam but hesitated and argued rather than raise the alarm ('not the Rhodes Scholars of the King's Forest'). The paddock guard spotted 'a goat lady carrying a dude,' shouted the alarm, then swallowed Skrit's 'surrounded' bluff entirely and told Bertha/Sela 'there are dozens of them.' One guard slunk away mid-standoff; another broke under Gorlog's intimidation, stripped his weapons, waved a sock as a white flag, and later walked into the warehouse sockless on one foot asking 'are we supposed to surrender in here?' Inside were three more guards being woken up; the first man to exit set down only a tent-stake mallet. After Skrit's 35 persuasion the whole crew piled weapons and tied each other up with warehouse rope; lined against the wall at session end. Skrit's stated plan is to turn them over to the authorities in Thornwall Fords. One bound guard identified Kreel under Sanji's intimidation (21), wetting himself in the process.
