Bunkhouse Workers (mill fire brigade)

Approximately twenty men from two bunkhouses up the path from the mill who slept through the Session 13 surrender and woke to the fire in the paddock. Formed a fire brigade; Gorlog took command with a natural 20 persuasion (with advantage) and they contained the fire to the paddock. Afterward three stepped forward to surrender; the remaining ~seventeen dropped their buckets and fled, along with the animal handlers. Vaela pursued with Misty Step demanding the animal handler but received no answer. Distinct from the ten river men tied up in Session 13, who were paralyzed by the fog and left inside the warehouse.
