Anonymous Kobold Messenger

A small kobold (transcribed as 'cobalt' by WhisperX) who slipped Skrit a note written in Draconic without speaking, then disappeared into the crowd. The note contained directions to a kobold warren near the next town east, with the message: 'the tall folk don't go there, but we remember our own.' Identity and affiliation unknown.
