Toll Chain Crossing (Starwater River, upriver)

A heavy iron chain stretched across the river with a release-and-catch mechanism on the bank. No attendant was present. Vaela attempted to melt it with a fire cantrip (Sorcerous Burst) before Sanji simply pulled the lever, dropping the still-sizzling chain into the water. Vaela subsequently burned the lever and wheel mechanism to prevent the chain from being raised again.
