Session 07: The party arrived at the Kingsguard-controlled river crossing on the Starwater River. Thirty merchant wagons were backed up at the gate due to the plesiosaur blockade. Captain Cynthia Stout commands the local Kingsguard post. The crew presented Harold's letter of introduction, which Stout recognized as legitimate. The crew was promised free passage, payment from coffers, and a prime vendor spot in the market square in exchange for clearing the plesiosaur threat. Stout confirmed she can offer protection inside the walls but not on the road.

Session 08: River crossing fully reopened after the plesiosaur was coaxed downstream — 30 stalled merchant wagons began crossing. Confirmed to be a larger settlement than Waymoot, a legitimate river town with active docks. The party was given the prime market stall spot as promised by Captain Stout.
