Starwater River — Deep Pool (Pickles's territory)

Approximately 300 feet from the River Toll House and 450 feet from the Thornwall Inn. 80 feet deep at its deepest point. Site of Session 10's river combat with the raft party. The raft attackers arrived via two rafts on the far bank. Vaela set dry grass and a section of stockade fence on fire while running here. Pickles inhabits this pool; calmed after combat and fed pickles by Vaela before returning to the deep.

Session 11: Pickles surfaced here for the Speak with Animals conversation with Mother Halda and the party. The flattened whistle was melted into the gravel at the river's edge — deliberately not into the water. Pickles confirmed this river is her home.
