River Toll House

Stout's guard shack at the river, location of the evidence strongbox. Alarm bell went silent during the raid. Sanji found it empty and the strongbox open — all evidence (whistle, threat note, and other items Stout had collected) stolen. Investigation revealed a struggle and heavy-booted drag marks leading back to the river, confirming the posted guard was abducted rather than a chest being taken. Approximately 300 feet from Pickles's deep pool.
