Old Redwater Mill — Animal Paddock / Corral

Large fenced paddock attached to the mill compound, with covered free-walk-in stalls up front and a run of individually fenced pens going deep to the back; a gate the guards re-latch. Held: two rope-collared river otters in a slotted crate, nine cormorants in a tall cage with cords around their throats, a chained brown bear, and — in the last run — a nailed-shut, tarp-covered, air-holed shipping crate stamped 'RS, Upriver, EV' and 'HANDLE WARM,' wool-packed around a beer-keg-sized, warm, leathery, faintly shifting egg. Vaela slept here beside Ledger (one guard posted, gate resealed). Session 13: all animals freed; Ledger hauled the egg crate out at Vaela's instruction; Vaela set the paddock, stables, and hay supply on fire with a Sorcerous Burst. In flames at session end.

Session 14: The fire Vaela set in Session 13 was contained to the paddock by the bunkhouse fire brigade operating under Gorlog's command. Paddock is heavily damaged but still standing. Sanji carried an opened brine barrel to this burned area, where Vaela's Firebolt ignited it, turning it into mist.
